1. Agreement to Terms
By creating an account, scanning a medication label, or subscribing to Founder Access, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable local, national, and international laws. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using the service.
2. User Safety and Limitations of AI
Our service uses advanced artificial intelligence to read prescription labels and parse medication intervals. However:
- No Guarantee of Accuracy: AI transcription can occasionally result in inaccuracies or parsing errors. You MUST verify that the parsed schedule matches the instructions printed by your doctor.
- Drug Interaction Warnings: The drug interaction checks are for informational purposes only. Do not stop or alter your medication regimen based on a PromedAI warning without consulting your doctor first.
- Emergency Situations: PromedAI is NOT an emergency response application. In the event of a medical emergency, unexpected conflict, or overdose, immediately dial your local emergency services (911 in the US, 999 in the UK, 112 in the EU).
3. Founder Access & Billing Terms
Founder Access plans are billed securely via our online reseller and merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy.
- Price Lock Promise: The $19/year rate is locked for early adopters and will remain your recurring rate for as long as your account remains continuously active.
- Refund Policy: We offer a hassle-free, 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact our support team within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
4. Permissible Use & Intellectual Property
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the PromedAI mobile companion. You may not reverse-engineer the scanner algorithms, scrape drug interaction data, or use our interface elements for competitive products.
5. Global Consumer Protection Laws
A. United Kingdom and European Union Users
Under the EU and UK Consumer Rights laws, you have a statutory right to cancel digital service purchases within 14 days of enrollment. However, by opting to access the digital beta content immediately, you acknowledge that you waive this statutory cooling-off period, but continue to be protected by our voluntary 30-day refund guarantee.
B. United States Users
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of these terms shall be settled via binding arbitration.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall PromedAI, its developers, or its affiliated partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from medication compliance issues, missed doses, incorrect tracking, or reliance on AI analysis.

These terms are governed globally. However, local mandatory consumer rights will apply based on your country of residence (US, UK, or EU).
