PromedAI is a proprietary technology suite. All brand designs, customized UI components, AI scanner integrations, and algorithm pipelines are protected by copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.
1. PromedAI Trademarks
The "PromedAI" wordmark, logomark, application icon, and themed layout assets are registered trademarks or common-law trademarks of our corporate entity. Our trademarks include but are not limited to:

- PromedAI Refill Guardā¢
You may not use our trademarked names or branding assets in any manner that creates consumer confusion or implies endorsement, sponsorship, or licensing without explicit written consent.
2. Third-Party Trademarks and Attribution
Various third-party product names, logos, and frameworks referenced throughout our site or inside the companion app are the properties of their respective owners. These include:

The source code, front-end visual designs, server architectures, database structures, and mathematical check routines are the copyrighted property of PromedAI. Any unauthorized replication, code scraping, harvesting of interaction patterns, or mirroring of our user interface models is strictly prohibited.
4. Copyright Infringement & DMCA Agent

5. Fair Use Guidelines
